Issuance of the cadastre plan (Regime jurídico da construção urbana) according to the street alignment

How to apply:

Please arrive in the reception desk at the 5th floor of CEM building and fill in the Form No. 7 or download the application form. If the application is made by a legal person, the request must be applied by their legal representative. If the application is made by the person authorized by the owner, the authorization letter must be submitted.

Qualified applicants:

Interested parties (building owner, land concessionary, condominium owners or their legal representatives) or their authorized lawyers, legal service agents and others.

Time promised:

15 working days.
(Promise time starts from the next day upon received the valid application form and all the necessary documents.)

Documents required:

	Complete the Form No. 7
	Property certificates* (such as sale and purchase agreement, relevant land approval information in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR, the latest property registration certificate or court judgment).
	The Urban Conditional Plan (PCU) issued by DSSCU within 2 years**
Note: Applicants who have completely filled in the "Location" column may not be required to submit property registration or relevant approval information (please refer to Form Filling Guideline). The street and house number, the description number# or relevant land approval information in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR# must be filled in, for example: Rua de Cantão n.^os 120-124 (descrição n.^o 12345) or Rua de Cantão n.^os 120-124 (Despacho do STOP n.^o XX/2022). If there is information such as building name, floor number, block number, and property registration number, etc., you can also fill it in. # The description number or relevant land approval information in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR can be searched through the Cadastral Information Network by address/building/map to find the corresponding location, the description number or relevant approval information. *Note: If the relevant PCU is within the validity period of 2 years from the date of issue, the applicant does not need to submit it by selecting "Other" in the "Applicant’s Information" section of the application form and filling in the name of the service you are applying for and the file number and date of the PCU (please refer to the Form Filling Guideline), for example: emissão de planta cadastral (RJCU) conforme o alinhamento de arruamento, processo PCU 2024AXX, data 21/02/2025.

Service charge:

Minimum charge of MOP550 is required.

Maria II, 32-36, Edificio CEM, 5th floor, Macao (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:45, Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30), choosing one of the following method of payment:
