Issuance of cadastre plan for property registration

How to apply:

Please come to the reception desk on the fifth floor of the DSCC in person and complete the Form No. 7 or download and complete the form online. If the application is made in the name of a legal person, the request must be applied by its legal representative. If the application is made by the person authorized by the owner, the authorization letter must be submitted.

Qualified applicants:

Interested parties (such as building owners, land grantees, condominium owners or their legal representatives) or their authorized lawyers, legal service agents and others.

Time promised:

20 working days.
(The time promised starts from the land survey day upon receiving the completed application form and all required documents. )

Documents required:

	Property acquisition document.
	Land location map or cadastre map (or you may indicate the land location directly at our office).

Service charge:

Area	Deposit (MOP)	Charge (MOP)
100m² or less	$500	$1800
Above 100m² to 1000 m²	$500	$2400
Above 1000m² to 3000 m²	$500	$3000
Above 3000 m²	$500	Depending on the days of field work, the basic charge is MOP1800 per day.

	The issuance of the first cadastral plan that involves providing the field surveying service, only the field surveying fee will be charged, and the price of subsequent copy is MOP55 each.
	For the services other than demarcation, lofting, Surveying work for coordinates and elevation information, which due to the specificity of work and the specialized technical personnel is necessary, the charge will be calculated based on the rank of the employees or agents, the time and materials consumed.

You can visit the DSCC reception, located at Direcção dos Serviços de Cartografia e Cadastro Estrada de D. Maria II, 32-36, Edificio CEM, 5th floor, Macao (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:45, Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30), choosing one of the following method of payment:
