Application for certification(Certificate for Cadastral Record)
How to apply: 1. Visit
Please come to the reception desk on the fifth floor of the DSCC in person, submit the application form and specify whether the application is for a paper or electronic certification.
2. Online 
Submit the application by email, indicating on the application form whether a paper or electronic certification is requested
Time promised: 10 working days.
Service charge: According to article 11 of the general table of stamp tax and article 29 of Law No. 13/2024.

You can visit the DSCC reception, located at Direcção dos Serviços de Cartografia e Cadastro Estrada de D. Maria II, 32-36, Edificio CEM, 5th floor, Macao (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:45, Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30), choosing one of the following method of payment:
  1. Cash
  2. Crossed cheque (cheque payable to 『地圖繪製暨地籍局』 or“Direcção dos Serviços de Cartografia e Cadastro”)
  3. Payment by card
