One Stop Service - Issuing the Urban Conditional Plan (PCU) for the area without detail planning or the Detail Plan Extract

Application procedure:

Please proceed to the application at “One Stop” Service Desk at Cartography and Cadastre Bureau (Address: Estrada de D. Maria II, 32-36, Edificio CEM, 5th floor, Macao)

Required documents:

	Application form (DSCC_DSSCU_WAF001);
		If the application is proceeded by natural person, the natural person has to present the valid identification document (Refer to Form Filling Guideline) and signature at the "One stop" Service Desk.
		If the application is proceeded by legal person (company or association) or the person authorized by the owner, the presentation of valid identification documents and relevant valid supporting documents is required (Refer to Form Filling Guideline).
	Applying the cadastre plan (RJCU) for set out land boundary, name modification, date modification, lot amalgamation/lot division, please also submit:
		Property certificates* (such as sale and purchase agreement, relevant land approval information in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR, the latest property registration certificate or court judgment).
	For applying the Issuance of the cadastre plan (RJCU) that does not involve the change of name or date, please submit valid photocopy of cadastre plan**.
Note: Applicants who have completely filled in the "Location" column may not be required to submit property registration or relevant approval information (please refer to Form Filling Guideline). The street and house number, the description number# or relevant land approval information in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR# must be filled in, for example: Rua de Cantão n.^os 120-124 (descrição n.^o 12345) or Rua de Cantão n.^os 120-124 (Despacho do STOP n.^o XX/2022). If there is information such as building name, floor number, block number, and property registration number, etc., you can also fill it in. # The description number or relevant land approval information in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR can be searched through the Cadastral Information Network by address/building/map to find the corresponding location, the description number or relevant approval information. *Note: If the relevant cadastre plan (RJCU) is within the validity period of 2 years from the date of issue, the applicant does not need to submit it by filling in the "Location" column with the file number and date of the cadastre plan (RJCU) (please refer to Form Filling Guideline), for example: Rua de Cantão n.^os120-124 planta cadastral (RJCU), processo XXXX/2023, data 19/12/2024.

Payment description:

	Make the payment upon approval of the application;
	For cadastre plan application of land boundaries set out (land survey), the deposit of MOP500 should be made.

Important notes:

	For the signature at the "One Stop" Service Desk, the presentation of valid identification document is required.
	For submission of the photocopy of sales contract or the court judgment, the relevant original documents have to be presented for verification.
	The validity of Urban Conditional Plan is 2 years from the date of signature.
