One Stop Service - Issuing the Urban Conditional Plan (PCU) for the area without detail planning

Application procedure:

Please proceed to the application at “One Stop” Service Desk at Cartography and Cadastre Bureau (Address: Estrada de D. Maria II, 32-36, Edificio CEM, 5th floor, Macao)

Required documents for Submit:

	Application form (DSCC_DSSCU_WAF001);
		If the application is proceeded by natural person, the natural person has to present the valid identification document (Refer to Form Filling Guideline) and signature at the "One stop" Service Desk.
		If the application is proceeded by legal person (company or association) or the person authorized by the owner, the presentation of valid identification documents and relevant valid supporting documents is required (Refer to Form Filling Guideline).
	Applying the cadastre plan (Regime jurídico da construção urbana) for set out land boundary, name modification, date modification, lot amalgamation/lot division, please also submit:
		Site plan which indicate survey lot/property (printing available at http://webmap.gis.gov.mo )
		Valid documents of property registration or equivalent certification documents of property ownership issued by Land Registry Office (CRP).
		If the certification documents issued by Land Registry Office (CRP) may not be submitted, please submit the photocopies of sales contract and the property registration documents of previous property owner.
	For applying the Issuance of the cadastre plan (Regime jurídico da construção urbana) that does not involve the change of name or date, please submit valid photocopy of cadastre plan.
	The photocopy of court verdict should be submitted, if necessary.

Required documents:

	For the signature at the "One Stop" Service Desk, the presentation of valid identification document is required.
	For submission of the photocopy of property registration, sales contract, business registration or the court verdict, the presentation of its original is required.

Payment description:

	Make the payment upon approval of the application;
	For cadastre plan application of land boundaries set out (land survey), the deposit of MOP500 should be made.

Important notes:

The validity of Urban Conditional Plan is 2 years from the date of signature.

Maria II, 32-36, Edificio CEM, 5th floor, Macao (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:45, Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30), choosing one of the following method of payment:
